The Langhe region keep an unbelievable heritage of taste. Great wines and cuisine traditions are deeply rooted into the agricultural past of this land and its people, whose most current attributes are genuine, natural and respectful.
This town, established by the Romans, was once called the "town of a hundred towers". Today 20 of these "house towers" belonging to rich noble families are still preserved. In the almost circular town centre you will find the picturesque Piazza Risorgimento with the cathedral and the town hall.
