This elegant city features some of the biggest attractions in northern Italy, e.g. the Romanesque cathedral and the powerful paintings by the outstanding Renaissance painters Corregio and Parmigianino. The octagonal baptistry on the tranquil cathedral square is also well worth seeing.

If Rome is a giant open-air museum, then Milan is a huge open-air catwalk. Here it's not pleasure that is indulged, as elsewhere in Italy...

Parma is a city located in northern Italy that breathes on every street culture. The Cathedral is one of the greatest masterpieces of the Romanesque period in Italy. Also missed is the Church of San Francisco del Prado goes back to the XIII century. As many palaces and castles with their gardens ideal for relaxation can be found throughout the city. It is known as the "capital of music", both for hosting important musicians such as Verdi, for his active musical agenda where stands a new generation of rock. If you do not miss something typical in the local cuisine is the Risotto alla parmigiana and classic parma ham.
