Molly Malone

In Dublin's fair city, where girls are so pretty, I first set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone..." During the day she sold seafood and at night she sold her physical charms to punters. Legend has it that Molly was the daughter of a fish merchant.

This is really just a statue, but if you grew up in a place with fishmongers, you may have heard the song in honour of this famous fishy girl.

A lovely statue of the legendary wench, located at the top of Grafton Street. She's just as popular today as she was in her own time; you'll have hard luck trying to get a shot with her, thanks to all of the tourists swarming around. But if you manage to get her alone, cheers to you!
