The Royal Scottish Academy Building and the National Gallery of Scotland form an arts centre which is unique in Europe: the National Gallery, which has the air of a Greek temple, is home to one of the largest collections of paintings in the UK.
In January, here the light-sensitive watercolors William Turner will be taken from their boxes.
Just be sure, if you have someone in your group who is in a wheelchair, to go to the back door to get access to the (elevator) lift.
