The royal residence of Lous XIV.
France's most famous palace was created as a flamboyant symbol of Louis XIV's power and right into the 20th century it was the symbolic heart of the French state. A full day is required to see everything at the palace and the gardens. The fountains, in particular, are unforgettable.
Impressive buildings with an even more impressive garden were you can walk around for hours. To see everything you need to take 2 days, that's if you like to walk around the gardens.Very nice during the summer
