Belle-époque splendour on Nice's magnificent seafront boulevard.
With its construction financed by the English, this promenade, lined with palms and palaces, became the blueprint for beach boulevards all over the world.
Although the beach is quite stony itself (yes, not everyone likes), so named for the color of the water right after the name of the Azure coast = water. And the "Prom"? Here we go ... to see and be seen.
