A cathedral in a tremendous location with a great view.
No more of an architectural gem than La Major, though the view from the hill which is 162 m high makes up for it in a kitschy way. Nevertheless, the ex-voto plaques inside the cathedral are worth seeing. Everyone in Marseilles refers to the cathedral only as La Bonne Mère (The Good Mother).
