Quartier du Panier

The way into the old-town district of Le Panier leads via the quai du Port level with the town hall (Hôtel de Ville). It rises from the prominent tower, the Clocher des Accoules, to the Place des Moulins, the centre of the district, which even nowadays still has village character despite being in the middle of the city.
