Anglet (Basque Angelu, Gascon Anglet) is a French commune situated in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département and the Aquitaine région. It is in the traditional Basque province of Labourd.
Unusually for French, the final ‘t’ of the town’s name is pronounced, i.e. ãglet.
