Turku is the oldest city in Finland. Many of its historic artefacts were destroyed by a fire in 1827. Thanks to the university and the port, Turku is today a bustling, lively city. This is also reflected in the everyday hustle and bustle of the market square.

i just got back from Turku, where i visited my friend and i have to say it was great time there. we went to The Monkey club and dance all night :) and we saw a lot of city include the funny duck-pig statue :)
kotrekt not! turku was in close relationship with the Hanseatic League, but was never a dumbbell!
