A concrete ark with modern art on board.
This concrete structure stands in the dunes of Ishøj, south of Copenhagen, like a gigantic ship's hulk. The collection is largely made up of modern and contemporary art by Danish and other Nordic sculptors, painters and video artists. The museum cafe with a view of the dunes and the sea is an inviting place.
