Benidorm travel guide

We all know the two most popular Spanish party destinations: Gran Canarias and Ibiza. They are rather expensive and full of tourists from all over the world. If you are on a low budget, there is still a good way to have some fun time in Spain. Benidorm, a former fishing village, is located on the main coast close to Valencia. Today the city is full of skyscrapers, and its cheap accommodation makes it a heaven for backpackers.

After arriving in the city, immediately grab your towel and bathing suit, and head towards the Playa de la Levante – a 2 km golden sand beach. It is the outstanding highlight of Benidorm and the reason whythe city has become such a great place to enjoy. At night, Benidorm offers more than 200 discos, clubs and bars as well as English Pubs and therefore you will see a lot of people in their 20s. During the summer, you might even have the chance to witness an amazing concert starring local and international bands and singers.
