Nowadays, approx. 9,000 plant species are grown on the 3 ha site. Attractions include the display greenhouses featuring a palm tree and fern house as well as an exhibition of cacti and orchids. In summer, over 200 gloriously colourful butterflies flutter around in the butterfly house.
