The huge fountain, built by Ludwig Hoffmann in 1913, awakens romantic childhood memories. The characters from the fairy tales by the brothers Grimm are standing and spouting with water in the public park Friedrichshain.
It is not the fairy tale well I rated with 5, it is the whole national park of Friedrichshain. I live next door and just love it. In my opinion the most beautiful park in Berlin. Not to small and not to big. A nice lake right in the center and a beer garden very close. It is just made to relax after a long day.
