Ibiza provides an excellent example of the interaction between the marine and coastal ecosystems. The dense prairies of oceanic Posidonia (seagrass), an important endemic species found only in the Mediterranean basin, contain and support a diversity of marine life. Ibiza preserves considerable evidence of its long history. The archaeological sites at Sa Caleta (settlement) and Puig des Molins (necropolis) testify to the important role played by the island in the Mediterranean economy in protohistory, particularly during the Phoenician-Carthaginian period. The fortified Upper Town (Alta Vila) is an outstanding example of Renaissance military architecture; it had a profound influence on the development of fortifications in the Spanish settlements of the New World.

Faites un commentaireJ'ai découvert un hôtel très agréable dans la côte ouest de l'île d'Ibiza, une île paradisiaque que je connaît depuis quelques années et à laquelle je me rends quant j'ai un peu de temps. Il est un des meilleurs hôtels de l'île (http://sespitreras.com/), très à la mode, qui se situe à Sant Josep, tout près de Sant Antoni, cette ville très charmante et pleine d'animation. C'est une vrai découverte parce qu'il s'agit d'un petit hôtel de luxe avec uns physionomie très typique de l'île. Il se ressemble à ces constructions ibicencas, blanches, avec ce style charmant. C'est parce qu'il a été construit sur une maison des années 1970 et a maintenu ce style. De plus, à l'intérieur est très moderne, minimaliste, design......Cet un vrai hôtel de luxe, avec pas beaucoup de chambres, un restaurant avec une très bonne gastronomie qu'on peut goûter dans la magnifique terrasse, une boutique de luxe très chic; nous pouvons aussi trouver un vrai relax dans le spa, le sauna ou la piscine...Sinon il y a aussi une magnifique plage à 200 mètres ou les petites plages les plus belles de l'île sont tout près: Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida. Si vous avez envie d'être tranquille et de rester quelques jours dans un endroit de rêve, je vous recommande cet incroyable lieu
Ibiza ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Insel. Es gibt Partyszene und eine sehr gute Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Restaurants aber auch ruhige Buchten und einfach traumhafte Strände.
