The historical building in Chemnitz is home to Germany's first Henry van de Velde museum.
The villa, which was designed by the Belgian architect Henry van de Velde, is considered to be a historical building of European importance. It is home to the first Van de Velde museum in Germany and is also used as a venue for seminars and meetings.
