The Blue Diamond has a good location and is a great place for an evening on the town. It is 15 levels high and the rooftop has a breathtaking view of Melbourne. They have a vast range of wines and cocktails. The food is great too, try the king prawns or the sourdough and cheese platter. A trifle on the expensive side.
