Asia is with no doubt the continent with the highest variety in all respects (OK, it's also the world's biggest). One of the most developed countries, Japan, lives side by side to some of the world's poorest. The highest populated state of the world, China, is not far away from tiny ones like Singapore; and all world religions have major strongholds in this continent. As you might expect, it also offers everything a tourist could long for: exotic cultures, from traditional rural areas in China to the metropolitan cultural excesses of Tokyo; from food miracles in Southeast Asia to idyllic islands in Indonesia; from party beaches in Goa to the the cradles of civilization in Mesopotamia; and thinking of the problems caused by endless streams oil, you might even wonder, if Asia has too many riches...
