Gletschergarten

This tremendous natural monument with its impressive detersions, glacier mills and boulders proves that 20,000 years ago the foothills of the Alps were covered with ice which was almost 1000 m thick close to Lucerne. An interesting museum with a gallery of mirrors and a garden rounds off the attraction.
