Fancy, nice restaurants and some clubs on this west-leaning strip. Those who make their homes in the east often regard this street with horror, however. It's frequented by Ginos -- those fancy, manicured but intrinsically hairy dudes who wear cologne and slap their waitresses asses -- and Anglos. The only unique reason to check out this area is Boustan, an excellent shish-joint loved by everyone from the Montreal Canadiens to Pierre Trudeau to your vegan next-door neighbor, who rightly loves the vegetarian pita.
