HaMinzar is a Bar (also know as a Pub) Located in the centre and the downtown area of Tel Aviv, Israel. Not very far from the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. This bar is known for its unorthodox opening hours, as it hasn't stopped working for more than 10 years, hosting a varied clientele, both local and touristic in its 3-deck non-bauhaus structure.
