This elegant spa town sometimes has the reputation of being the haunt of the jet set. They seem to have moved on elsewhere, but the town is still the most visited on the lake. You can stroll through Schubertpark, along the lakeside promenade and see the famous castle by Lake Wörther.

A true dream in the summer. In August, perhaps a little too much going on. With the family you should probably slightly earlier, that is July, go to Velden. The crystal-clear lake is a dream, the landscape simply madness.
