Buchanan travel guide

Buchanan is the second largest port in Liberia, lying on Waterhouse Bay, part of the Atlantic Ocean. Named for Thomas Buchanan, brother of U.S. president James Buchanan, it is also the capital of Grand Bassa and lies east of Monrovia.
