Dining in Chiang Mai is found in huge selection and the selection of food is counted by many to be the best cuisine in the world. The presentation of dishes is usually excellent. Few would want to eat in the hotel, but prefer to try one of the typical Khantoke-eating or eating a huge selection of vegetarian dishes in one of the many restaurants. Many restaurants are waiting with a mixture of Western cuisine and Thai cuisine.
