Major monument and city symbol, it is the result of the union of two preceeding Romanic Basilicas from the 5th and 11th centuries. Simple facade with a grandiose Gothic rose window.

There are model vessels, documents and navigation instruments, fishing systems, nautical maps, rooms dedicated to Marconi and Ressel and a specialised library.

The Castle is among the most complete princely residences of 1800, belonging to Massimiliano d'Asburgo. There are weapons, furnishings, paintings, a library and a park.

The elegant Palazzo Pitteri, situated in Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia, is a construction which heralds the Neoclassical era and was built in 1785 by the architect, Ulderico Moro.

These are the remains of the location where business and justice were dealt. It was a rectangle with different dimensioned apses on the short sides. There may have been some shops.

The museum is a national monument, being the only Italian example of a nazi lager. Inside: a photographic exhibition, a library and a convention room.

The museum contains many costumes, photographs, old edicts, documents and local objects. Another important item is the bread of Servola. It can be reached by bus no. 29, every 5 minutes.
