Rio Rancho, (Spanish: Río Rancho) is a suburb of Albuquerque,and is the largest city and economic hub of Sandoval County in the U.S. state of New Mexico. It is the third-largest and fastest-growing city in New Mexico. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 51,765.
