The best time to go would be all year round because the winter is not that bad, the rain is not heavy and the summer is great.

getting there

Getting around is simple: either taxi (which is ridiculously cheap) or local commuter buses. Whatever the case the locals are always willing to offer a helping hand in finding transport around.
