Frazier Park is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kern County, California, United States. The population was 2,348 at the 2000 census. Frazier Park is also used to describe the nearby communities of Pine Mountain Club (PMC), Pinon Pines, Lockwood Valley, Cuddy Valley, Los Padres Estates, and Lake of The Woods.
The city of Frazier Park was named by pioneer Harry McBain for nearby Frazier Mountain. It was established in 1925. The town is contained in Cuddy Canyon inside Los Padres National Forest. Telephone numbers in Frazier Park follow the format (661) 245-xxxx and the area includes two postal ZIP Codes.
