Playa Blanca is a holiday resort for the more mature holiday traveller. If you like a restaurant that is not on the main tourist track and has an authentic feel about it then the Los Hervideros Restaurant fits the bills. The food is reasonable priced, very well cooked and delicious. But beware in true Spanish tradition you have to wait up to 45 minutes for you main course to be served., As they say in Spain "Manana", It is recommended you book a table the day before as it is very popular and is often full. Not a large establishment with about 18 tables.
