Peaceful Mui Ne Beach has emerged as a highly popular alternative to the hoopla further south at Vung Tao, the Mui Ne Travel Guide tells you about the beach that is 22km east of Phan Thiet, near a fishing village at a tip of Mui Ne Peninsula. Mui Ne is perhaps most famous for its enormous sand dunes. Also of interest if the Fairy Spring (Suoi Tien) which is really a stream that flows through a patch of dunes. Mui Ne beach is also a popular holiday destination for kite surfing, windsurfing as Gusty winds are seldom. With strong winds, the sometimes choppy waves can be as high as 4 meters and more.
